“ Food was lovely,when someone finally arrived to take our order.Quite a wait for food but then when it's prepared fresh it's expected.Then at the end of the meal it seemed like no-one could be bothered to bring the bill,we literally had to put our coats back on and still wait for someone even though they kept looking at us. ”
“ Great meal at the White Rose restaurant on Saturday. It was as usual with this place, great food, nice atmosphere and good Value. I wanted to acknowledge that our waiter for the day was only 4 days into the job and I have to say Nick was doing a great job. He was courteous, explained he was new so to have patience, and he did spend a bit longer placing the order, as the system is obviously very new. He had a great attitude to leading and clearly wanted us to have a great service, well done on such a great attitude, as unfortunately, this often isn't the case with service anymore. Nick was also been really well coached by Luke, the Manager, who would check after each stage of the order with Nick, to ask him to come over and check All is ok, he even ran through the order with him to make sure all was accurate before any errors could occur, it was great to see a hand on manager coach g his team and ensuring they are well placed to serve customers, even ensuring as many as possible are front of house and not hiding behind the bar... A great team, challenges and coached by a strong manager, allowed us to have a very enjoyable lunch. As you'd imagine, we will return, and do Recommend it to others ”
“ I can confirm we visited Prezzo recently close to the Valentines period. The restaurant has a nice comfortable look, the staff at least in our experience were friendly and helpful. The pictures attached are the Calamari, Lasagne and Cheesecake [first three pictures]. We also had the Crispy Fried Mozzarella and Spaghetti Carbonara, which are not viewed in these pictures. In respect to the food quality I would say above average. The only point I would make is there was a long waiting gap between the main course and dessert. I would also say Prezzo would benefit from a slightly more diverse menu. Return visit: In this instance following a positive experience a couple of years ago, we re-visited Prezzo on a Saturday Evening in April 2025, albeit on this occasion with our young daughter. I can confirm this went very well, certainly child friendly and sufficient options on the Kids Menu to meet expectations. Therefore, I would recommend and have added additional pictures. ”
“ Midweek lunch using buy 1 main get 1 free offer via the app. This offer can be used for up to 12 people per bill (buy 6 mains get 6 free), so a good saving for groups. Food was lovely. We opted for crab and lobster ravioli and ham, mushroom and marscapone pizza. Both were absolutely delicious! The waitress was friendly and helpful and our food arrived quickly. The restaurant is spacious and has a nice atmosphere and so we were happy to take our time and chat. There was no pressure to vacate our table, which was nice. ”
“ Visited Prezzo, White Rose, on a Monday lunchtime during Easter school holidays. Friendly and efficient service. Did not have to wait long for our food. Portion sizes were good. Was definitely not hungry afterwards. The rigatoni pasta with salmon and prawns was very good, and it came with plenty of fish. The lasagne was very cheesy and tasty. Had burger and fries on kid's menu. Even though we had an offer of kid's eat free, the child's portion was not reduced and a reasonable size for a 10 year old. ”
